What is coaching?
Coaching is a process is which you can receive support while working on or towards specific goals. It is all about discovering what you truly want and then identifying the obstacles and challenges and learning to move past them. It's all about making positive transformations so you can create more, have fun, make more money, or just find fulfillment.
How does this work?
We'll meet every 2 weeks via phone or Skype. If you live in the New York City area, we can also meet in person on occasion. Sessions last about an hour, and during that time, we'll discuss areas in which you need support and come up with action steps that you'll take during the next 2 weeks to keep you moving forward. I'll hold you accountable for completing your work in between sessions. I will also encourage you to check in or ask questions of me via email in between session.
